My Journey
Math has been my passion from an early age, driving me to excel in solving complex problems and nurturing confidence in all aspects of life. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in both Mathematics and Physics, I realized my calling as an educator. Pursuing a Bachelor of Education further enriched my teaching skills, equipping me with diverse instructional strategies and the ability to cater to each student's unique needs. Now, as a dedicated math tutor, I'm thrilled to share my expertise, inspiring students to embrace the possibilities that math offers and build unwavering confidence in both math and life.
My School Experience
My academic journey led me to Brock University, where I accomplished a double major in mathematics and physics with first-class standing. The strong foundation in high school math served as a launching pad for my success, enabling me to excel at the university level. Recognizing the profound impact of education, I furthered my studies at Queen's University, attaining a Bachelor of Education. During my Bachelor of Education program, I immersed myself in the art of teaching, embracing diverse instructional methods, and developing a student-focused approach. This experience equipped me with the skills to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, where I build students' passion for math and inspire them to embrace higher-level concepts with confidence. Drawing from the knowledge gained through my education journey, I am now dedicated to empowering students as a math tutor.
My Tutoring Experience
With over 500 hours of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of guiding numerous students towards academic success and newfound math confidence.
